Pepper’s software can streamline restaurant and QSR operations, especially when it comes to the ordering and paying processes. From faster payments to contactless menus, Pepper can help restaurants and QSRs improve efficiency and customer service.

How does PepperHQ improve operational efficiency for restaurants?

For restaurants, Pepper’s software can assist with a number of operational processes, including taking orders at the table and paying at the table. This means that waiters don’t have to run back and forth from the table to the kitchen in order to relay the order information to the kitchen staff. Instead, waiters can take orders at the table (or customers can even use a QR code or an app to order) - and all orders are instantly sent to a POS terminal for the kitchen staff. This reduces waiting times for customers and allows waiters to serve the next table quickly.

How does PepperHQ handle online ordering?

A custom ordering app (and website) can be implemented, allowing your customers to order online easily. Customers can choose table service if dining in, or collection at a time that suits them. Orders are sent straight to your POS terminal or a smart device connected to your POS system, so you can manage and view online orders with no fuss.
