Winston’s Coffee, a quirky coffee brand in Hong Kong, has launched their new app for pre-ordering and loyalty across their two sites with Pepper.
Winston’s is a popular independent coffee merchant that places a large emphasis on providing a friendly and personal customer experience, and that is what makes them stand out from the competition. “As great as our offerings are, it's the vibe that turns Winston's customers into regulars, and regulars into friends” they say.
As day turns to night, their coffee shops turn into cocktail bars with a buzzing atmosphere and great music to keep customers entertained. With a vast menu spanning from cocktails to beers, gin and wine, there is something for every customer craving a tasty tipple.
Their new app allows customers to pre-order their food and coffee, so that they can swing by and pick it up at a time that suits them, with a pre-selected time slot- eliminating waiting in queues to order and pay! Customers also earn a free coffee after filling their digital stamp card with 10 stamps.
The rewards don't just stop there though, as customers can claim a free coffee when downloading the app and signing up, and loyalty points can be earned for referring a friend!
