Castle Rock Brewery launches loyalty solution with Pepper
Castle Rock Brewery, an eclectic family of unique pubs and bars in North England, have just launched their new loyalty app with digital provider Pepper.
Castle Rock’s portfolio is made up of a diverse mix of venues across the East Midlands, including city-centre craft beer bars, traditional country pubs, and community-led pubs in the leafy suburbs - with each Castle Rock pub as unique as the next.
Besides being known for serving the best-kept cask beer in Nottingham, Castle Rock managers have the freedom to create their own drinks menus - meaning that their pubs pour a huge selection of local, regional, national and international beer, with a focus on independent breweries. No two pub offerings are the same!
Their shiny new app is currently live in 17 of their locations across Nottingham, Loughborough and Lincolnshire, and will allow customers to check in when they arrive at their local pub, earn points on their purchases, and reap the rewards with free drinks.
Like the card-only Collective scheme, the Castle Rock App offers users 4 points for every £1 spent, and double points when purchasing Castle Rock beers. The points can be redeemed as money off the bill at any time - however, offers based on which pubs a customer visits most and the pubs they visit most, are exclusive to app users.
Customers can also find their local, visit the Castle Rock Brewery shop and keep up to date with important information all from within the app. They are also aiming to add ordering and payment functionality to their app at the beginning of next year (so keep your eyes peeled!)
